Time to say goodbye

7 Days more to my last day in current company. That's go my 5 1/2 years .... I joined when I am 21will full of hope and energy, and now leaving with a tired body and mind.

Do you still remember how you feel on your 1st day at work ? Feeling shy and eating lunch with peoples that you dunno and not familiar with the topic they are discussing. You work because you feel like working, you view every task that assigned to you as a homework that you must master and complete on time. You never thought of the reward, you just want to pass your time and earn money to pay your car installment and have money to shop...

You continue to work and feel stress if you don't complete on time...You are afraid when your boss approach you, you feel bad when your senior said your don;t remember what he/she taught you .. hehe .. now think bout it , this is some experience that you will not encounter again as you will never be a fresh grad anymore :)

I joined the co. with the thought that I will be leaving anytime, either to Australia or Singapore. I get excited when I got my PR in Aus, and my excitement dissapear when I take on assignment Aus for 5 mths. Ben and I agree that our long distance relationship will be only 1 or 2 years but it turn up we are away for 5 years.. pretty amazing , right?

You start with doing work that does not really need to exercise your brain cell, and you take on more responsibilities .. You feel stress and you even meet accident just because you are thinking of work while driving.

That is so much that happen and it is nice to recall now as I will be leaving and does not need to worry bout the any open issues. I have my worst experience, but I also have my biggest achievement in here. I learn everyday and from an inexperience and naive girl turn to be the stronger me now... I know friends that really take care bout me, I see how people struggle and become a stronger person themselves.

What I can say now.. is thank you to everyone that work with me in these 5 1/2 years. I learn from every of you, I enjoy being with all of you and I am not certain how will be my life after leaving this familiar and comfortable environment.. but I believe each of us will need to have some changes at some stage and learn adapt to these changes ourselves. Good luck to me and each of you. :)

Happy 40th Year Wedding Anniversary to my Parents

Today is my parent's 40th Year wedding Anniversary, I wish them
身體健康﹐永遠幸福快樂! :)

I am glad that it is raining this evening and I had given up on my usual running and came back to have dinner with them.

I hope I am still writing this blog on my 40th year anniversary (11th Dec, year 2046).

Power Run

The last time I ran this road is during the last 10k of the KLIM full marathon, but had run this route multiples times in last year.. it is a sloppy , boring yet familiar route. As usual, woke up at 5am in the morning, did some warm up and strecthing and enjoy my favourite breakfast .. uncle toby bars :). Went to pick up Shirlee at Gasing around 6.30am and Yen erl around 6.45am.

Not a lot of familiar faces this round as most of runners are bored with 10k run and would want to do some serious training for the penang marathon. I think I will have to start training from next week onward , enough of 10k and should do some long distance in prepare for my 2nd full marathon in June.
I started slowly in the beginning of the run as I arrived late and did not have much time to warm up. During the run, I continously remind myself to enjoy the run and not rushing to reach the finishing point . When I hit the jalan duta , I am a bit worried as this is a long and boring road and I had suffered from here during my full marathon. Anyway, I forced myself to stay focus and keep my mind busy by thinking of a familiar song . I was staring on the road most of the time and try to forget how long is the road. Finally... I successful complete it without much walking and complete the run in 59mins. Huhu.. not a PB, but I m happy with the result :)
After the run , I went to Mid valley in the afternoon to buy the windbreaker for the KK trip. An enjoyable Sunday and I always wish every day is a Weekend . hehe, anyway... 10 more days and I will have my first long vacation in these 5 and 1/2 years... HOLIDAYS... it is like the finishing point of the run and I m so near to the finishing point but is struggling to continue to run now..

Orange Run

A 9km run , but I think it is 10km in actual. I will classify it as a difficult run as it has a lot of slope and not too much scenary on the way. However, the good thing bout it is it has a lot of goodies and a free Santa Barbara's back pack after the run. There is also nasi lemak, maggie mee given for free after the run.

I have completed the race in 57mins 18 secs which is worse than my timing in last week Polis run that I completed in 48mins 45 secs.. hee.. anyway, will have to thank to Kelvin that cheers me during the run and an uncle that push me to complete the run . Will always try to remember " enjoy the run is more important than the result". - from IMD :)

Gunung Nuang

Have been a very crazy weekend. Weekend is always the favourite day of the week because the whole 24 hours belong to you and you can decide how to spend them ..

14th April

Gunung Nuang

Feel very happy that 11 out 18 of our KK trip members join for this hiking trip. Tony Q recommended to only hike until Kemp Pacat as Yen Erl and I are joining the orange run on Sunday. This will be my 3rd time to Nuang and I was under the impression that CT had brought us to Kemp Pacat all this while and tell my team confidently that this will be a very easy hike... hehe.. I just found out that the waterfall that we always reach is Kemp Lolo after Tony brief us on the trail before we start. Anyway, due to I have not been to Kemp Pacat before, can't really imagine how tough is it and just take it as an additional 1 or 2 hrs hike compare with previous hike and start the hiking happily.....

Maybe after the weekly training in Gasing and hiking in Bukit Datuk a few weeks ago, the hike from the beginning to Kemp Lolo was apparently a very easy hike for me and I enjoy the scenary and the chatting with Tze, Yen Erl, Ezreen :)

Once we reached Lolo, Cham start complaining and wanted to stop in Lolo. However, due to our target for today is Kemp Pacat, I refuse to let anyone stop and tell everyone must continue to hike up. hehe.. This is where the nightmare start .... from the moment where we start hiking up from Lolo , they are endless slopes and never able to see the end of it. After half an hour, we met Siok Bee and her gang coming down , my sis and I were so happy and ask them are we going to reach yet.... unluckily thier reply were " since we are not going to KK, thus we decided not to train so hard and hike up to Kemp Pacat since Kemp Pacat has no waterfall and scenary at all " . I can see the dissapointment from my sis's face at that moment. Anyway, I tell her "let's don;t think so much and continue our journey" and I also ask Siok Bee to give me a favour by not telling my teammate the truth and tell them she has reached Pacat and is going down now. :) This really works because I can hear Cham's voice from far away that "let continue since we are going to reach soon "

The road is really getting tougher when we move up and it took nearly another 1 hr to reach Pacat. I left Tze with Yen Erl and Lai Dee and hiking with Ezreen all the way up to Pacat. Tony arrived Pacat just 10 mins later and told us that all my team members do not turn back and continue to hike up. I feel so proud for them especially first time climber like Ki Woei, Jee Ing , Poh Wai, Bee Hong and Fatma. All of us successfully reach Pacat and stay until 1.45pm and start our journey down again.

Going down hill had been a tough job for most of them due to the improper shoes and insufficient training. However, the best part of hiking is once you hike up, you must get yourself down and no chance for giving up or stop in between or even think of taking a cab back :) Thus, all of us succesfully reach the bottom at 4.30pm. It has been very exciting and memorable trip for me and I hope for everyone too..

My target for next trip will be the Peak which need to another 2 hrs to hike up and even more sloppy than the trail we have been through !!

New Beginning

Hello Again. Finally back to action again. After slacking for a nearly a year, I decided to go back to blogging world again. I have deleted my previous blog as I found the previous blog were too pessimistic....

life is short, we should treasure every moment and enjoy the fullest. I have make a very important decision in my life and finally able to get incharge of my life instead of letting the life incharge of me ..

I hope this will be a new me and I already prepared to start again and enjoy all the challenges that come alongs..
